检查CPU占用率过高时，在Process Explorer里发现一个奇怪的进程，
GWXConfigManager.exe，然后它消失了。这是什么东西？

GWX是"Get Windows X (10)"的缩写。这是为从Win7 SP1、Win8.1升级到Win10做准备
的一个程序，相当耗CPU。将来可以通过Windows Update直接升级到Win10。

可以不卸载KB3035583，而是在下列位置禁用它:

控制面板
    管理工具
        任务计划程序
            Microsoft
                Windows
                    Setup
                        gwx
                            launchtrayprocess
                            refreshgwxconfig
                            refreshgwxcontent
                            runappraiser

KB2976978   A compatibility update for Windows 8.1 and Windows 8 which

KB3021917   Does the same as KB 2976978 but on Windows 7.

KB3044374   This update for Windows 8.1 enables systems to upgrade from
            the current operating system to a later version of Windows.

KB2990214   Does the same as KB 3044374 but on Windows 7.

KB2952664   Labeled a compatibility upgrade for upgrading Windows 7, its
            purpose is to "make improvements to the current operating
            system in order to ease the upgrade experience to the latest
            version of Windows".

检查KB:

KB2952664很诡异，每次卸载、重启后又冒出来了。

总之用上述办法处理后，仍然出现"升级到Windows 10"。点击"显示所有可用更新"，
无意中发现可选更新里有一项"升级到Windows 10专业版"被自动选中，清空它即可恢
复到熟悉的界面。右键选中它，隐藏更新。应该对前述4个KB也隐藏更新。
